Buying Items

1. How to order?
It's very easy with few simple steps:
1. Browse through the items. If you wish to look at the enlarged version, click on the image.
2. Write down the item codes you wish to own. (Eg: SH0001)
3. Fill up our order form at the bottom and click the 'Submit' button.
4. Once you click 'Submit', you will go back to our 'Home' page.

2.Why do I need to fill up the order form?
Because we can reserve your item.
Please check on your order form esp mailing address, full name, contact no, item code, payment method, delivery options to ensure your item will reach to you. Message detail is an option.
It's important to fill up all the required info, otherwise, you'll not be able to submit the form. Any missing info, there'll be an auto rebounce on what are missing. You can click back and fill up the missing info again.

3. After I've submitted, what should I do?
Wait for our reply. If the item you ordered is no longer available, we will let you know. We'll send you a confirmation email on your item and account no for you to do payment.

4. I got your confirmation email... what's next?
In the email, we will list the items you have ordered. Kindly check the items to ensure they are the ones you ordered.
We will also state the total amount of your order, postage and packaging (P&P) charges, delivery method, total amount to be paid, our bank account details and confirmation of the mailing information you provided in the order form.
Once you confirm everything in the confirmation email is accurate, please make payment within 3 business days. If in the event you can't arrange payment within the given time-frame, kindly let us know.

5.I've made payment! Done?
Thank you for your prompt payment. Now, make sure you email us the payment reference no. and we will mail your item(s) out within 3 business days. We'll provide you the tracking no. for your parcel once we've mailed your item(s).

6.What is the Payment Method?
You can make payment via the following methods:
Bank transfer or cash deposit to our Maybank a/c. - for Malaysian shoppers
Bank transfer or cash deposit to our Public Bank a/c. - for Malaysian shoppers
Bank transfer or cash deposit to our HSBC a/c. - for Malaysian shoppers
Paypal only - for International shoppers
For HUSM Kubang Kerian order, the delivery is free if you purchase more than 3 items in one order.

7.Do you offer free delivery/postage?
Only for HUSM Kubang Kerian if you purchase more than 3 items in one order. We'll contact in email to make the an appointment for both parties.

8.How much do I need to pay for Postage & Packaging?
Postage & packaging will be charged according to delivery method and destination:
For delivery via PosLaju: West Malaysia - RM7.00, East Malaysia - RM9.00
For delivery via Reg.Pos: West Malaysia - RM3.50, East Malaysia - RM5.00
For delivery worldwide: Please indicate under Pos Laju Or EMS courier service. We'll send you the price quote for international shipping cost.

9.Will I be able to track my item?
Yes, each parcel is delivered with a tracking no. which you can trace at www.pos.com.my

10. Can you deliver my item via Pos Ekspress?
No, we're sorry. Pos Ekspress is only for delivery of documents. And since Pos Ekspress delivery doesn't require the recipient's signature, there is no proof of receipt. We do not wish to have any disputes in the event the package goes missing.

11. Do you combine Postage & Packaging (P&P) for multiple items?
Yes, in order to save on P&P, you are encouraged to purchase a few items at one go. The initial first item will be charged according to the standard P&P rate we mentioned above. Each subsequent item will be charged an additional RM1.00 to RM2.00 each (depending on weight of item).

12.How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
We will mail your item(s) within 3 business days of payment received. Delivery time will vary according to recipient's location, public holidays (no delivery service provided):
Within West Malaysia: 2-3 business days via PosLaju, 4-7 business days via Reg.Pos
Within East Malaysia: 3-5 business days via PosLaju, 5-9 business days via Reg.Pos.
Worldwide: 7-14 business days, depends on location

13. Are the picture shown is available for order?
Yes, all orders are on first come first served basis. If you snooze, you'll loose. So go grab it and make payment to own it.

14. Can I submit order if the status shown "Reserved"?
Yes, you can submit your order on "Reserved" item. If the 1st person who submitted the order snooze or cancel in the process (more than 3 business day unless they've informed us earlier), we'll release to you. There'll be a waiting list. So, you can still submit in your order.

15. I'm willing to outpay the earlier buyer, will you accept my offer?
Sorry, we've to follow our first come first served system. In the interim, we will simply put you on the waiting list.

16. Why is my item goes to another buyer?
Item goes to the order form came in first. There's a time recorded when you submit your order in our database. If you did not get the item, it simply means you weren't as fast as the other buyer and we will put you on the waiting list.

Reservations & Cancellations

1. I wish to purchase an item but I can't pay within 3 business days, can I still reserve it first?
Yes, if you have made up your mind and sincerely wish to purchase it, please fill out our order form and submit it. Please kindly inform us at the message option column. We will reserve your item for you up to a week upon request (and with good reason). Your item will be automatically released to others if we do not hear from you after 1 week.

2. What should I do if I've placed an order but now I've changed my mind to cancel?
All cancellation should be informed within 24 hours.

3. I wish to swap the item that I've ordered with something else in Shook. Can I?
Please email to us which item you wish to swap, provided you've not made the payment on the 1st item.

Sizing guide

1. How do I know what size I am?
Please refer to our sizing guide located at the bottom of our page. It's located exactly before the order form.

2. I used to wear clothes labeled S,M or L and I don't own a measuring tape..
All sizes shown is an estimation. We cannot provide you an accurate estimate without measurements. This is due to the fact that different manufacturers from different countries apply different sizing to the SML method of labeling. However, if you wish to guesstimate you can do so based on the following:

XXS : UK4 - UK6

XS : UK6 - UK8

S : UK8 - UK10

M : UK10 - UK12

L : UK12 - UK14

XL : UK14 - UK16

3. Can I get the specific measurements for a particular item or a list of items?
Sorry, we are unable to provide specific measurements for our clothing items as there are simply too many in stock and orders.

4. How do I guestimate how well a clothing item will fit me based on the sizes stated?
Most of the clothes will have very minimum differences from the sizes stated. This is because different countries has different measurement. Sometimes, it could be due to the production trimming technic.
Even though our clothes are from different countries, we recommended as in our size chart. Some of the waist part is stretchable (if stated in the description).

5. Do you have a particular size for this item other than the ones stated?
No, each piece is unique and one-off. We can't restock them in other sizes or colors for that matter.

6. I love this dress! But it's not my size? Can u help to tailor?
Sorry, we are unable to alter. Have it altered by a trusted and reasonable charging tailor.

All items are new and perfectly wearable conditions. No holes, tears, missing buttons, visible stains unless otherwise stated. We try our best to point out any visible flaw.
